What should I do, if I want to make changes in jquery visual lightbox gallery on my website?

Q: I have a question about the process of updating an existing visuallightbox
gallery. I have already created a gallery with 14 photos. I want to take out 2
of the photos and add 4 to the gallery. Do I have to re-upload all the old and new
photos? Is there a way to remove/add photos in the code without redoing all of the photos?

the gallery each time when you want to make changes and upload the new files to your
