Lightbox jquery ui app. doesn't run

Q: Is there a trick to get this to work on a windows 7 pc? It seems to install but the program fails to open. I’ve installed, uninstalled, installed and I am just about ready to uninstall and forget about it.
It shows up in the program files, but even trying to run as Administrator, it just doesn’t run.

Please advise.

A: Please, try to do the following:

Control panel -> System -> Advanced system settings -> (Performance) Settings -> Data Execution Prevention.

Turn off DEP or add the app. in the exception list.

If the problem persists, then try to add the app. in the white list of your antivirus.
